Delivery Policy
Delivery charges are R100 nationwide.
Orders are shipped out as soon as possible and our delivery lead time is between 3-10 working days .
We will do everything we can on our side to ensure you receive your purchase quickly and in great condition.
However, once your package leaves us, its care is out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any damages to your items or late deliveries.
You will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as order is out for shipping . Track your parcel on the courier guy website if there is a problem with the delivery address kindly update it by logging an online query with courier guy
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We use a door to door delivery service which can take up to a week from order. Please note this service only works on business days. If the order is made on the weekend or a public holiday, the order will be sent out on the next working day. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we will notify you about this and arrange a refund.
EFT / bank deposit orders will only be shipped out once your payment reflects in our account.
Kindly note that your order can only be efficiently delivered with the correct information provided by you . Please ensure that you add the correct postal code as well as apartment/stand/unit or any additional information related to your home address on the website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be processed under any circumstances.
We do allow for EXCHANGES ONLY, based on the following terms:
All our products are carefully inspected before being shipped out, if you however do receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 3 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you.
Sizes and product information are underneath the product , if you have any questions about a product feel free to send an email , we will help as best as we can BEFORE you order the product.
Please note that we will NOT accept any exchanges ( whether it is the incorrect item or a defective item ) if the item has been damaged, worn or removed from its original packaging.
EARRINGS & PANTYHOSE:
For hygiene purposes earrings and pantyhose may not be exchanged.
BANGLES , BELTS , HATS , SUNGLASSES BAGS AND NECKLACES:
We do not offer any exchanges on these products, we will however replace a faulty item. Kindly refer to size charts or query the size before purchasing. Many items like sunglasses are one size, it is your responsibility to enquirer before purchasing the item as a return will not be facilitated.
RINGS:
No exchanges will be given for purchasing the incorrect ring size as ring sizing has been provided on the website. You are welcome to send an inquiry on sizing if unsure before making a purchase.
A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances.
Our stainless steel range is tarnish resistant and with proper jewelry care should not tarnish.

Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze & gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the color of your jewelry changing caused by skin oils.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment.
